PTX Laser is a branch of PTX Defense. This website collects the business contact details and project description you choose to submit in the quote form.

How inquiry information is used

Your details are used to review your request and communicate about possible services. A browser-session record carries campaign identifiers from your arrival page to the inquiry. Campaign identifiers included in a link may be stored with the inquiry to help identify which marketing channels generate requests. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing email list.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored using the website’s hosting infrastructure. FormSubmit processes the contact details and project description to email your inquiry to quotes@ptxlaser.com and retains submissions for 30 days. PTX Defense and service providers supporting the website may process the information to operate the inquiry service. Do not submit export-controlled drawings, sensitive technical data or personal financial information.

For abuse prevention, the service may keep short-lived request counters derived from a network address. Raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry records.
